Let me begin by saying it is an honor and a privilege to serve as Ephrata’s Chief of Police. I recognize the badge of my office is a symbol of public trust and that trust will guide every facet of my leadership. Ephrata has been my home for more than 20 years and I care deeply about the city and its residents.
Each member of the police department is continuously challenged to maintain elevated levels of professionalism and integrity. We strive to engage with our community in a respectful and compassionate manner.
