City of Ephrata Resident Prices
These prices require an additional Sales Tax upon purchase.
Non-Resident Prices
Participants living outside the city limits and do not own taxable property within the city limits are subject to an additional 30% non-resident fee. This fee is used to supplement the property tax paid by residents of Ephrata for recreation facilities and services.
These prices require an additional Sales Tax upon purchase.
*For purposes of qualifying for a "Family Pass" a family shall consist of people living under the same roof for 1/4 of the calendar year or be claimed by the primary pass holder on their income tax. Nannies and/or babysitters may be included on a "Family Pass" so long as the nanny or babysitter lives in the house or works in the house for at least 8 hours each days during the summer swimming season. (ORD. 11-08, 2011)

The City of Ephrata will not sell or willingly share any information received through the registration process of its' recreation programs collected while using Rec1, or its affiliated products, to any third party. The City is, however, required to adhere to the Washington State Public Records Act, Revised Code of Washington 42.56. The City may on occasion use your information to notify you of activities/circumstances the City feels may be important to you or your family. For questions regarding this please contact the Recreation Department at 754-4426.
Sometimes things don’t go as planned. For that reason the City of Ephrata’s Recreation Department reserves the right to combine, move, change or cancel any class or activity. In such a case, we will do our best to notify all participants of the cancellation or change. Department initiated cancellations will be refunded in full.

You can get 10% off your 2022 season pass if you purchase it before April 29th. Passes can be purchased online, in person at City Hall, or by calling 509-754-4426.

Yes! We have a few different options for people looking to rent at Splash Zone.
To rent out the covered picnic shelter during our business hours it is (pending 2022 rate).
For 2022 public rentals, during our business hours where the general admission prices for you and your party will be waived completely.
For 2022 private rentals, where you and your party will have the whole entire facility to yourselves. This option is not available during public access hours regardless of number of patrons.
